Along came the era of websites, we had one built and suddenly we were launched into a sales and growth frenzy. We found that often customer service was lacking in almost every aspect of everyday life, so we made it our goal to bring back customer service, where it was needed most!
Today, we will hold customer service as our gold standard and strive to exceed each customers’ expectations. I never tire of customer praises of the “above and beyond” customer service our team has provided. Eventually we grew to the point that the ski school needed to change to accompany our customers needs for even a larger variety of products we offered. We changed our name to Boat Lifts International, took on a second (larger) more diverse brand and began product distribution and the growth/formation of our network of dealer territories.
Today BLI distributes to a vast dealer network and services customers and dealers from Alaska to Chile, to the Caribbean, yet customer service is still our priority, you are never too small to receive less than the best from BLI. We continue to grow and continue to put smiles on the faces of our customers each and every day.
